Would you like to pay a small fee to get your BTC transferred from one exchange to another very quickly in like 5-10 minutes instead of 40-60 minutes?

5-10 minutes? What?

This should take you ten seconds tops, I know if I made a service I'd have to working instantly.

Mostly it's the deposit which requires 3 - 6 confirmations, so not sure how u want to change this? (unless you can get btc right away with internal withdrawals > deposits?)

Define "Small Fee"

It could be 0.5% or 1% of the amount being transferred.

That's a HUGE fee.

Jesus how do you even think anyone would pay that kind of fee.

Instantly takes 1-2 minutes at least.

But hey isnt 10 minutes better than 40 or 60?

And this will give you chance of arbitrage like you wanted.

Why does it take 1-2 minutes?

1. User gives you code/transfers money
2. System automagically activates and checks code/transfer.
3. System generates/transfers money from exchange in question to them.

It could be 0.5% or 1% of the amount being transferred.

I would say a 1% fee, but, a cap of around a dollar or two. So, if someone isn't transferring that much, they pay very little, but, if they're transferring a lot ($100 or more), it's capped and they're not paying insane fees.

I currently dont want to go below 0.5%.Imagine what you will be getting for this.

Honestly? Unless you can convert USD as well, and not just BTC, not much from what I'm seeing.
