Recently come into a bind, and have been trying to find a way to provide the money I need. I stumbled upon a company in my area with 1.2 TH/s of mining equipment in hand that is willing to deliver as soon as I can provide the funds.

I've seen the miners, verified that they are working, and they will allow me to either pick them up or bring them to me by the end of the day, provided I can come up with the money by the end of the week.

Their asking price is 14BTC, or $7,967 USD. I'm arranging to trade with them a 4 MH/s Scrypt miner, for $4000, dropping the price dramatically. Until that has been decided, however, I have to leave the details here as being the full price. Also, I have 2BTC that I am providing, so it is really out of 12BTC.

Willing to put up my car and identity as collateral, and will make a payment back on the loan at the end of each week. At the current difficulty, It will mine ~1.4 BTC in a week, and I will pay ALL of it to the person providing the loan each week, until the loan is completely paid for, and then I will pay an extra 10%. This factors in the cost of BTC having a price spike in the next few months (April!) as well as the rising difficulty, eventually causing the performance of this miner to fall off, which I'm prepared for.

Usually people ask "Well why don't I just buy the mining equipment myself?", and so here's my answer: I can get my hands on the equipment today (willing to provide contact information to the local vendor) and can have them running, at no cost or risk to the loan provider, by the end of the day.

I have a number of health-related bills that I need to pay for in the nearby future, and this is my best solution. PM me or leave a message here and let me know if you're interested.

Loan Amount: 12BTC, or $6,858 at time of writing
Loan Length: Maximum of 3 Months
Loan Payments: End of each week, until 110% of loan is paid, or 13.2BTC

On May 15th, I receive a research stipend. Even if my miner fails to perform, I can still pay back this loan. Will provide all necessary information if requested.

Just a friendly word of warning...he tried to get me to buy over 25m PND last night for an agreed on price.  Kept up great communication until I had the funds ready, then realized I refused to send first since I was the one with trustfeedback and he had none.  Haven't heard from him since.

Not saying he's a for-sure scammer, but I've dealt with enough of them to see the warning signs.

We had talks all evening about MOON and we agreed on a deal, he asked for prrof of BTC, I am not sure what is that, I sent him a link to the blockchain with my email, then he said me to send first, I refused and wanted escrow and then he refused the deal! He said:

I don't mind escrow. But you provide an unsigned message from a new BTC address as proof that you have funds. That's suspicious. If I don't want to deal with someone like that, it isn't suspicious.

Can someone explain to me what is " unsigned message from a new BTC address" please? And be very careful with this guy, guys, not sure if he is a scammer or not so I will nto pit negative info on his trust thread, because I know how it hurst, and I might be wrong, however, he has lots of threads asking for money or loans, one heartbreaking story about his mom etc... If he is a scammer is a very clever one, whataver you do with him USE ESCROW!!![/color][/b]

Also, pastet89, I didn't want to make any kind of deal with you based on the fact that you wouldn't provide any escrow and just have horrible grammar. Sorry, but I get to choose who I can make deals with. Not making a deal with someone doesn't make me a scammer.
