I have noticed a trend these days as regards the dump in the prices of newly listed tokens on exchanges. Before bounty hunters get paid, the coin itself would have dumped and yet some will still blame bounty hunters. Some bounty hunters believe in holding and selling later at better price, while some will sell at the current market price. Yet, i would say that investors are most times the masterminds behind it.

Bounty hunters receive lesser tokens and can’t manipulate the market with that Investors dump the market But the bearish period we are in now is not about dumping It’s a massive decrease in value
Let’s better hope it doesn’t break the recent support levele

Investors/whales and anything you call them.
Lurkers of the market doesn't have anything to do to the price movement and who can we point out? the investors of course. They have the money that comes in to the market.

If investors decide to dump the price, it means that the project is not trusted by investors, and maybe it deserves to dump. No one can be blamed for a coin price dump, it is the market will.

Alright and that's why before try to buy the new coin and it will be much better for you to calculate how much the real price of token and i would say that the pre-sale price will become the real value for each token. Consider the pre-sale investors will always dump their stash as soon as possible

The price in exchanges is relatively cheap. And it continues to decline. Very few projects gain their momentum and increase their price. I've learned my part also, invested in few ICOs that I thought is really promising. But no, the price keeps on falling. That's the usual trend. Whales or big investors know how to manipulate the market. That's sad for small-time players.

I also tend to believe that investors are behind the dropped of value of tokens as soon as it hit the exchanges. They are the ones who got the large amount of tokens that can affect or manipulate the price of tokens in the market.
How can a 2% of the whole supply affect the value of token?

Can't agree with you more bud, i think that small percentage can affect the price of the token. Most likely investors/whales are behind those dumps in the market.

As a bounty hunter, I do hodl 100% of my tokens before now and see them as an investment but I have changed my strategy by selling at least 50% so I don't end up with nothing at the end. Investors that struck a private deal and got a massive discount are usually the culprit, the project developers also are to blame.

There were ICO's that didnt do any bounty or campaigns but still the price crash after getting listed on exchange. Most of the time its the investors, who are causing their beloved tokens to crash because they are selling the bonus % that they got from investing early and they use the bounty as a scapegoat.

It's often from the early investors who receive a huge bonus than the investors in ICO. And in case of a scammy ICO, it can be the team dumping its coin. Bounty holders don't even hold a 5% of total supply and even if they dumped, it would not have a large impact on the price of the coin.

I agree. Bounty hunters only receive a portion of the whole supply of the token. A less than 5% allocation to the bounty will not have that much effect on the coin price. Do the math and it is very obvious that the 95% of coins are the ones who are manipulating the price of the coin. Investors are just blaming it to the bounty hodlers but in reality they are the ones who were selling because they found something better to invest. There is no problem with that but they shouldn't blame other people because of choices.

To date, almost all altcoins are in the red zone, very few projects after listed on exchanges have a price equal to ICO, many people are very happy to just go out at 0, or with minimal losses.

Some whales do that to acquire more coins at lower price. But if you are real investors and you trust the project you invest you won't just dump it and incur lot of lost. I can say that those who blame others are the one dumping it. Reason, lack of trust with the project itself. I can see nowadays its only natural for a newly listed to get dumped because of the condition of market. It will take time to get it back to normal.
