This is not about allowing yourself to be deceived. It is like if you want someone to lose something, you make the person starve and no matter what, the person is gonna sell it. The current situation is such that the few fiats are spent and now the only way to survive is to turn to your tokens and start selling them. No one forced me to sell some of my precious tokens but I had to do that because I had no money on me.

I guess it's not courage but patience because we cannot hold for a long time if we don't have patience. It is patience - to firmly hold when the price of our coins shoot up by dozens of percentage points over the space of a few hours, only to dramatically fall back to their previous levels the following day or even lower.
It is patience - that can help us in achieving our main goal in investing in cryptocurrency - to profit immensely.
