The best advice I can give you is to learn some technical analysis and economics. Also, learn about behavioral economics. The crypto-space is highly driven by emotional investors. It is important to kinda understand how markets move fundamentally.

With technical analysis, you can find out probabilities of whether it will move up or down. But do note, they are just probabilities.

With Economics, they tackle supply and demand issues. It is a huge topic for sure so gotta take time
