I have not heard about it. Unfortunately ethereum is still in the downswing trend and it is possible that the hard fork will be useful to change something in the better way because I know investors who have invested in ethereum are already exhausted on watching this long downswing trend. You should include a news link that you see, I think social media is hard to believe. most of them give lies.
