When ETH reached $1200 no one would ever though if ETH will be down to $80. But you remember what happened right? ETH was down to $80, so with current price at $300 there is always a chance for ETH to down again even below $80.

Not all times mate   . there are times that bitcoin is pumping on its own while other coins are left behind just like what happend last time  . eth is late to catch up and i think eth is increasing not because of btc but because there is a slight demand for it  .  eth at 1kusd is possible but it could take alot of years because eth is a slow moving coin  and its also stable  so the value will remains the same after a year or so  .
