umm are you saying you don't know how to mine at all?
download the gpu miner from the link on the OP and start it with cgminer.exe --keccak -o stratum+tcp://pool.helixcoinproject.com:3000 -u username -p password
or whatever pool you are using

Turn up the fan speed in the catalyst control center, msi afterburner, sapphire trixx, ect... Also make sure your card has proper ventilation as you want to keep temperatures under 80c for the longevity of the card.
