No you do not.  Keccak is measuewd in MH/s.

So pulling 300+ MH per card sounds about right then?

What do you mean? you are pool mining, and submitting share. everything seems fine. except from 6.1% reject rate. that seem pretty high
I usually like to be below 1%
Try setting your settings a bit down. PS memclock doesnt matter when mining keccak, set it to 1000. no loss in hashrate. and they run alot cooler!
