I think that decrease of ETH has to do with big sell of ETH by campaigns that did ICO recently. For that reason the rate of ETH dropped. Also, exchange rate of bitcoin affected ETH negatively. ETH introduces updated into its blockchain and every time before every update the rate decreases.

Overall, all these changes have a temperate affect on the rate. I believe that ETH will grow.
