Some people will sell them if they can get some money if they see that not grow and not have a chance to grow, because they think better sell if they need urgent money, but i agree is not ok to sell on a loss.

There is a saying that goes 'better late than never'. It is better you sell your alts for peanuts than to take it to the grave. If you take it to the grave, then what's the use, when you could have some little money out of it. What's the point in holding if the coin has no value.

As long as I live live I will not sell my Alts at a loss.
It is a shame that Bitches are selling: These bitches can’t see 2 years from NOW: Booming!
I primarily hold Cardano!
Had it been you bought bitconnect at its all time high and they dumped on you, then you will know how it feels to cut loss when necessary,  selling at loss sometimes pay,  when you cut your losses and set a low buy order you might be lucky to sell high there by gaining your money back

Don't say bitches, if they sell their coins it is their choice not yours. Not all traders are like you, and its too unprofessional of having a behavior like what you are showing it now. If you want to hold your cardano do it and no one stopping you to do that, and besides the market was unpredictable, in short they are volatile.

This decision definitely depends on the kind of altcoins you are hodling. From your statement, your altcoins have the potential to rise and so you have the courage to hodl. If you don't see a potential, you would be selling.

Maybe you are one of the investors who holds a coin and survives even though the price is high whether by doing something like that you can get a big profit by only holding a coin with a very long period of time like the 2 years you mentioned, right? t it is better for us to follow price movements when we want to sell or buy back.

Before these days, I use to hold this mentality of yours, until my many ICO projects turned shitty on my palm. So I just take profit when it's reasonable to do so and wait for a potential correction to buy more, if no correction, I wait for it in the future otherwise, I just lock up the few I have left. If we are holding a good project we may need not sell for cheap.

Please, Cemetery is not an option  Grin. It will be just best you sell and retain a part of your capital or investment than loosing it all. There have been coins that died and never resurrected. Bitconnect is one of them.

Am also sitting on a bag filled with TRX as well . I insisted selling at loss because i still believe in the future of Cryptocurrencies . Personally , it seems we share similar views and we are the class of investors Crypto market needed . It surprised me when friends was selling off their Crypto assets at huge loss last year . The Caliber of investors who sell at loss are not fit for Crypto market and we are thankful most of them are leaving the Space gradually . 2017 Hype attracted most of them into Crypto market when they do not have basic knowledge of how the markets works.

I am holding some coins and tokens such as KWH and DAN. These coins have lost more than 99% of their value and they can't be traded (as the deposit fee is greater than their net worth). I would have deleted them from my wallet if such an option was there. But for now I can't do anything with them, and I am forced to keep them in my wallet.

I'm not sure that you are doing the right thing, because the situation can develop in the most unfavorable way, and your stubbornness can cost you your money. You must be flexible.

This is a classic example of what happens when people get emotional with their investment. With any asset, be it crypto or equity, you need to know when to quit and cut your losses when something goes wrong. If a particular coin goes down continuously, then there is a strong chance that it may get delisted in the near future. What you'll do after that?
