Honestly you're best off just not even looking at it.  Even if crypto continues to bleed, the major damage has already been done. I think most of us are hoping that the projects that we are invested in don't disappear, or in the case of bounty hunters the time you spent doing the bounties wasn't wasted.

Don't check your wallet because it might start a panic and you sell your eth, better to check your wallet when the price goes up and it will make you happy seeing that you would earn money from your savings. That's what i'm doing to lessen my stress seeing that I earn money from my savings. You decide in which will help you and ask guidance from pros out there.

Some coin start recovering, but some of them still strugle,
Its bleeding month in August.
I hope they can stable soon, then recovering to the end of August. I still hold it, because i still believe they can recovering it, but we need give time for them maybe until the end of August.

Just hang on, don't give up. Things will improve again, maybe not as soon as we want it to. But it will improve again.

To my observation so far I think its better not to even scan your wallet since the market is totally down for now so scanning your wallet might disorganized your mood of trading or investing.
