Hi!

I have 12 Radeon Pro Duo, 32 GB.  Awesome cards and perfect for rendering. They also mine 50mhs per GPU. But nowadays it is not so profitable.

any idea what can I do with them? How to use them better? How to have more profit?

I mean other activities like rendering or whatever

Those GPUs are actually pretty rare and pretty expensive.

My suggestion is for now to put them on hold, if mining doesn't improve then sell them around Christmas time. Usually many people buy GPUs as gifts during that time.

Do you have any actual use for them yourself, other than mining? Installing them into workstations/servers, doing some calculations/rendering/etc? Or did you just buy them for mining purposes only? If it's the latter, then I'd consider selling them. They're currently $849 new, and sell for $600-650 used on ebay, still decent prices and they're very likely to start getting even cheaper soon.

True, but we're likely to have loads of used gpu supply this Christmas, so it probably won't matter much in his case.

You can find rendering very profitable but I have no idea where to rent your GPUs for rendering. There is upcoming project as I saw once here. The reason I say rendering is very profitabe is that every website which rents GPUs, are very expensive. On another hand you can use whattomine to decide which coin is more profitable at the moment or mine with nicehash. User above me also suggested to hold GPUs and sell them in future (I am afraid it's not a big deal). Can't see any other option...

"Rendering" what exactly? People that need something rendered either use their own hardware (most of the time) or, if we're talking big productions like tv/hollywood - they outsource it to specialized companies that do it right. The idea of some computer geeks that were mining ETH with their GPUs yesterday to suddenly enter highly niche professional market today is laughable. Cheesy Something like this would only work if there's special service/software on top, for "distributed" rendering (like there are mining pools in case of mining), but I don't see how it's possible with the current tech and the state of that market. I've seen a thread here with someone suggesting how "rendering is more profitable than mining", but it looked like an obvious ico scam with tokens and shit targeted at desperate uneducated miners that know nothing about that stuff, so haven't really looked past 1st page.

I've seen also an ico with some rendering stuff but it doesn't seem credible. Anyway, I've got these cards at a very cheap price so it is ok for me
