For better search ups its better to post in here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 and just a friendly advise I don't think that there would be someone would agree to your terms which you
do pay up them with your token stakes since the money that they would take isn't guarantee because its not sure that your tokens would gain up value. They would always prefer BTC or ETH payments AFAIK.

However, there might be some designers that's willing to take this order in able to add also a design for their portfolio/banner.

Don't call me sir but you're welcome.

In case that you haven't found that's willing to take as your designer. You can look for someone on the Services that hasn't been listed on the overview. There are designers out there that are posting their works and are looking for their first time clients. And if you are lucky, they'd like to do it for free but try your luck and lurk on that section.
