Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Rates vary on area as different cities and countries have set rates for taxi's. Total cost is similar to what you pay now. I can rough quote you for any trip to give you an idea.

Yes our networks are worldwide. No but we do have Toronto covered.

Currently an onion site is being reworked to better automate the process. At this phase we are looking for a larger group of people for testing before relaunching the site.
