Paypal Linden to BTC?

Is this financially a smart Idea?  How would I know the best time to buy my linden and the best time to sale for bitcoins?

20% is high relative to other methods, but the fee is very necessary when dealing with PayPal in most cases. Convenience = fees.

Trading on virwox.com is quite expensive but I think doing some arbitrage using the virwox platform could earn you some decent linden but their charges when cashing out fund is very costly and I wonder if there is any other platform doing that type of business.
