Patience should be brought up gradually. First you need to be patient with yourself. If you are upset, you should be reasonable and patient and be able to restrain yourself. It's good to do your favorite thing or useful work - it distracts from bad thoughts.

Patience is costly and precious. To be patient In life there are Se certain  things you must put in place such as you must be able to be fast to hear and slow to act. Any thing you are told ,you must think very deeply of it before you act on it..

Patience is the most valuable quality for success and achievement of purpose. Today, in the XXI century - an age of haste, technological progress and rapid development of being patient is important. But how to learn patience?

I have met with the same problem, and for me helps the sounds of nature. It is really relaxing and after that, you will become more patient. The key for such a progress is the regular practic.

I'd say just try to get used to the fact that the measurement of time is a man made concept. Try to focus less on the minutes, start trying to gauge time by events, experiences, or different activities. You'll be a lot less stressed too I'd bet.

Being patient can also means to accept different point of view and value and to have open mind without refusing or denying what looks totally different from what you think and feel.

I am generally an impatient person. So this thread is quite helpful for me.
As for me, I would suggest that you practice meditation and yoga. It actually help me control my impatience and help me to live more peaceful.

Meditation is a good way to practice patience. While meditating, you clear your thoughts and keep calm
Meditation is definitely good to practice the mind

I agree with these. Meditation, practiced on a daily basis will reduce your anxiety levels, more tolerance, more control of your emotions.

I think there are many factors you need to account. You have to have a healthy environment, do more things that bring you joy and relief, and there is a question of diet, i'm not kidding. What you eat is really affects you mental heath, as well as physical.

Eat right, get enough sleep and take up a hobby that requires a large amount of patience. Practice makes perfect.
