Where is escrow for fund? There is huge amount who will responsible for payment ? Look like this is your first self created topic. Did you have past experience ?
Do you have escrow to be a safer side in payment. I suggest you bl4nkcode to deal in escrow side.
Do you have escrow ? I thought on services board is for BTC payment only?
I know the main purpose of this campaign is to promote your new crypto forum but I hope the payment is guaranteed as there is no escrow. Again, what number of participants do you want here.
rate seem too good to be true. $260/week? they are asking ETH address which means they are paying ETHER?
escrow is a must.

Be extremely suspicious of new members offering suspiciously high rewards with no escrow.
I am 99.9% sure everybody who applies is going to get burned. Based on the number of applicants so far it looks like OP will have to spent over 1 BTC per week to maintain this campaign, hardly likely for such a new forum.
