Yes Things are getting fixed, We are on a backlog right now for the blocks, but payments are being processed as they become confirmed...Keep mining, the more hash the faster the backlog will catch up.

Jokes on you buddy, These things don't have anything to do with each other, Last time we checked I don't know of any non profit organization that has their coin, Also a nonprofit organization means that there are no bonuses payed to employees at the end of the year.  We only mined 1% of all our coins Contrary to popular belief!
