I dont see much interest here about e-sports but im pretty sure that there are several people like me do have the same interest.Opening of the The international would start on 30 mins as of writing.
I do see another 2 weeks of sleepless nights watching this once a year big event on Dota 2 which i dont really like to miss.   My wallet is ready to make some bets.

As a very casual watcher, I can never keep up with all the roster changes. Who is favorite to win this year? Having had a quick glance at the teams on liquipedia, I would assume VP or Team Liquid, although EG have a nice line up.

There was one guy named the mexican or something who was a very successful e-sport bettor and had a nice profitable thread running, but unfortunately he stopped posting a while ago. Yes he stopped im aware on that thread too and picks are really good. I have forgotten to mention my picks but currently my money is on LIQUID vs FANATIC which is on best of 2.
The game is still ongoing even though this is just a group stage but you can feel out the thrill if you are a esports love.

Game 1 goes to Liquid - thats a nice win

Tax would be paid up by yourself depending on which country you do live.

If you're looking for a way to track matches live and/or even just looking for information on TI 2018, GosuGamers is a good option, and Liquipedia is another good site if you're also looking for things like past accomplishments and player transfers, etc. I personally use Liquipedia for tracking CS:GO teams, and I've never had an issue with them-the site's neat and navigable, no complaints from me.

I like e-sports but to be fair can't find anything interesting in Dota 2, I prefer fifa and shooters but haven't played for years. But can't understand what's so interesting in dota? Prize of Dota 2 international chempionship is huge, amazing.

If I know some of those guys, of course I loved to share any info about him. E-sport is very enjoyable and most of the people who find this sport entertaining, wanted to have bets for it. I don't exactly have certain information regarding where it was held here being gambled in my place. Only that I noticed tournaments played by different gaming shops, and providing chances for those talented guys at our local area.

Everyone's got their own tastes, some like RTS games like Dota, others like FPSes and strategy games. I don't like Dota a lot either, but I bet on it often, might just be because my tastes are more oriented towards games like CS:GO though. Seems that Dota 2's more popular and the prizepool's bigger for most Dota torunaments due to that from what I've noticed as well.

I am not playing DOTA but before I am watching the players while they are playing when I was in high school as I've noticed it is likely the same as Mobile Legends. My partner is always playing mobile legends together with my brothers and they are enjoying it.
When I was in high school, players of DOTA are going to somewhere else just to make a bet and play with somebody to fight.

I'm happy to see this thread. Anyone here supports TNC Predators from the Philippines (SEA Cancer Server LOL)? Even they got place in the last or win or lose they return home millionaire in Philippines.

My prediction for TNC is they will be 5th - 8th place which is 350,000 USD to 1,000,000 USD.

I’m not that updated with the rosters in a different team changes but I am rooting for the Philippines. I don’t know if they would be able to be the EG.  With their match yesterday with Newbee, They last and I think there still a chance hopefully they will be in the top teams.

Fnatic actually looked very strong yesterday. EE and Universe are both very strong players, and although Fnatic's record this year isn't amazing, they stomped Liquid 39-1 in half an hour.

Harder to get a handle on Group B given they have played less games.

Do you watch the first match fnatic vs liquid? Because Fnatic almost win in the first game too but they choked, Fnatic threw the game so hard in the 1st game and make liquid win the first game.

This is a good idea to be quite frank with you, I think that e-Sports are not having any introduction here up until now, it does need attention as technology rises and that more and more people are recognizing e-Sports, this needs some serious recognition.
