How do you prove that you have a gox account with a specific balance? Is their API still open?

No API is closed, so I guess there is no prove. So if somebody has or lets say had an account with 10BTC, I would pay 2% for that account so that would make 0.20 BTC.
Take it or leave it I guess.

cool, so I have an account with 1000 BTC there, I would give a discount, so for 1% (10 BTC) I'm willing to sell it . I'm sure that any buyer will be able to check the accuracy of my info once Gox will open up (in the very near future )

Personally I think no. It sounds like it's been such a massive fuckup that it's all gone. Poof. Gone. We aren't getting our Bitcoin back. Too much is missing. What still exists will probably go to investors as they are always first in line during bankruptcy proceedings. Show is definitely over.
