Hopefully the "whale" is wise enough and won't sell all of them at once.

If he will, the price for BTC on Bitmex will definitely go down extremely fast. Not sure if other exchanges will be affected as this is only 1% of the total BTC supply.

Is this is bad sign for the market? but i have a confusion. market is improving now..maynot it will go down.
