Hi guys ,

Last year , I wanted to buy some btc , but I didn't have a credit card , so I found some alternatives.

1) First of all , there are card , that allow internet payment.
We can buy these in little shops , supermarkets , ... and you don't have to be more than 18.
You can also buy some recharges for this card , and then you have a credit card !
so you can buy some btc in websites !

But , some websites don't accept this kind of card ...

Example : Pcs Mastercard

2) Next , Paysafecard , so you just have to buy this paysafecard in a shop , you'll get a code , and then you go in Virwox , you buy some SLL with the paysafecard code , and then with yours SLL , you buy btc

Link : https://www.virwox.com/

3) Neosurf !

As paysafecard , you buy it in a shop , and then you can go in :   https://www.coinhouse.com/ to buy some btc Smiley

4) With Cash , you can find a seller of btc wich accept cash payment !
Link : https://localbitcoins.com/

I hope this thread will help people !
ps : sorry for my english  Grin

OP it's not that hard to get card, even if you aren't adult, you still can get it. For this you need to go in bank with your parents, get official permission from both of them and here you got it. Still if you don't want to get card for some reasons, there is another chance but it also depends on country where you live, for example you can buy bitcoins with pay bill machines which requires only cash for it.

Additionally, there are Bitcoin ATMs that does not require any cards to buy BTCTC (afaik?)
here's a map to look if there is an Bitcoin ATM near: https://coinatmradar.com/

Also what about wallofcoins, and bitquick ? These can be alternative to localbitcoins

Yep, most BTMs don't require any form of verification, such as an ID, for smaller transactions (there's a BTM near me selling up to $1500 w/o verification), but some state 'SMS' on
coinatmradar, so bring a phone with you that is capable of receiving texts if you do choose to go to a BTM. I've never gone to one due to the fees on most BTMs (10-15% near me), but it is a viable option if you're not willing to verify and you're not 18.

LBC's always a good option, like OP mentioned, but make sure you're transacting in a 'safe zone'- some cities' police departments have set up such zones, or try to transact in a public area/store. There's always a chance you're going to be robbed when dealing IRL, so make sure if you choose to do so you're as safe as possible. Craigslist 'safe transacting' guides work well for LBC.

I use Virwox before when exchanging Paypal to bitcoin but the fees and exchange rate is too high do you think Virwox is a good alternative to buy bitcoin since the fees and rates are high?

Also, I think you can buy bitcoins if there are some bitcoin user near in your area without CC.

Decided to end it with zer0 profit.

What about with cash? localbitcoins.com has a few cash offers in each city usually, and the prices are generally around 5%.

Buying with a credit card can be expensive because they might take it as cash back from your bank and you'll have to pay an extra 20% or something like that. I'd suggest staying away from credit cards and paypal in general because they always track you too.

Or if you have a bank account, there are lots of offerings on localbitcoins.com for around %2 depending on your location.

Another good source is Bisq because it's decentralized and anonymous.

here its impossible to buy bitcoin through cards or ewallets , so what we are doing is the following
there are some trusted guys in my country that they are willing to sell or buy bitcoin and they charge a fee between 2-7% on every transaction
or you can join a facebook group for that purpose where people buy and sell p2p , so you meet with the interested person and do the transaction

this is how buying/selling bitcoin works in my country
