IMHO, now is the best time to buy altcoins, which are now at the very bottom. ETH is not an exception. 250 $ we will not see. Therefore, you can safely buy a coin. 300$ by next week, 500$ in September.

why are you so sure? people wrote at 350€ that it will never be so cheap again and that we should buy eth. And they also wrote it at $300. and now eth costs $284. i hope you are right. i will buy eth today.
