I agree. Buy ETH because it's low. AND buy other coins with potential to really spike up soon, like Byteball, for example. The Byteball model is simply superior to that of Ethereum. If you got some investment then you can start buying ETH as this price is low but keep some investment for next low price for averaging the buying price. But ETH will jump back in next month.
