Sorry to all that signed up at CharityMiningPools.  There have been issues with compiling and running the source code that several pools are and have experienced.  It appears that some have gotten things working by various techniques on different versions of linux.  We are still experiencing problems and at this time will NOT be continuing our work to get the source compiled at this time.  We have spent over an hour have decided focusing on our existing pools and miners is where we need to be.

Thank you to the devs for answering their pm's and working with everyone through these issues.

Again, we apologize for the issues we have experienced with this specific source code.  Luckily there are several other options for the mining community to choose from for there pool needs.

Hmm undecided yet. Get the principle of fair distribution but surely this model only works if every man and his dog on the planet is mining it. Otherwise it's just gonna take eternity for the same tiny fraction of the population who are mining it to mine any number of coins  ?? Or am I still missing something.
