If altcoins don’t takeoff again before Nov, should investors sell & stay away?

It's high time we stopped causing panic for ourselves. With this kind of statement, some would have started dumping their good altcoins thinking that crypto has started effacing.

    Yes, let's stop posting negative statement. But just to give my one cent of opinion.. Market is Volatile,  it is unpredictable, price value could go up or goes down. The decision to make is for you alone as an investors, we may have same interest but i am deffinite that we have different strategy on investment. We may even contradict on coin investment opinion.Lastly i would say, study the market movement then make a decision after.

I don't think so. Now now is a purchase point for cryptocurrencies not sell point. The market has been down for the last 8 months, It may not be finished yet but the current price is good to buy.

obsalyutno agree - the best thing is not only to enter but also to relieve the value of the portfolio, to average the purchase .. if, of course, there is the possibility of investing. The market will sooner or later come to life again. but the profits will be only those who smartly unloaded the portfolio

What if after you sell in November or December and after that market catch the bullish trend. Have to look growth of all good coins like XRP, XLM. Monero, and EOS. If we compare over the ATH then no meaning but after avoiding that mark those coins gain really good growth. We can't see coin every time just go up and up. If you belive in the potential growth of coins then just trade or hold whatever you like.

We've been in a bear market for many months. I think it's not the time to sell. If you haven't sold until today then there is no point in selling now imo.

Yes patience is the key to success and thins are not going in the right direction for altcoins as well as bitcoin since the beginning of the year 2018 but i feel that the trend will change drastically or else slump further to the lowest, We need to hold on until the market gains stability if not the bullrun.

Many of us right now are only have the interest of whether they will get profits or lose it at the end of the year which cannot be blamed as that is their own assets and responsibility, but one should also consider the potential innovation that some of the projects has in the market, I think what the market needs right now are projects that can help their intended niche and investors to make their project successful. As we all know these project have never been fully realized the many of them are still in the production phase after their ICO and need more time to be fully utilized and that is when we can benefit from it not just as an investor but as a user of their product or platform, and this is what is lacking right now in yhe market.

I really don't know why would you have this thought that if nothing happens when November arrives, it's all over.

There are no certain times or dates with cryptocurrency that will say when a coin or token will have a big rise or visit new lows. You kinda just have to hope and wait.

Late autumn/ early winter is not some magic time when money starts to pour into crypto, it just happened to be this way the last year. There are no guarantees it repeating the pattern.

What makes you'd think the market should go bullish all the time?
It just how the market moves we can't force depend on our wish. And it shouldn't be an indicator for taking off our investment. It would be a bad idea if you taking off because of the market situation doesn't go like our wish. We need just need the patience to sell at the right time.

I think last year major alt season was during january-february perhaps, wo i think we should wait till february although i am hopeful that bulls will be back in the market from oct and will continue for next 3-4 months.

Why November? Is there any particular reason for saying that us to say away if the prices go bullish before Novemeber?

But I don't think we have anythink like that because the bear market maybe stay for too longer too and it happened in the previous years too so we need to be patient until the prices go bullinsh and don't make other panic with these kind of useless threads.

I think the positive trend of Crypto will not occur significantly in November, I see that there is no new resistance formed and still struggling at their support point

I think we shouldnt sell our coins because they are already really really cheap . There are too many good coins with market cap less than 3million  dollar. I dont think they will go lower than that point. Because of that i am not selling any of my coins.

This drawdown will be longer and it may take a long time, a year or two - no one knows. I think there are people who will definitely want to get out of the game, but personally, I'd rather stay.

Probably, there won't be a bull market in November cause the situation isn't simple, and the news background must be changed faster. Cryptodollar and ads of exchanges in Google aren't enough! Let's wait for March 2019!

Traditionally, the markets tends to go up near December, so it dependes if you are already in or not. If you have holdings, I think that it can´t hurt to keep it because the market at most will be flat. To see eth at 200 is something really unexpected for me.

Selling would be a terrible choice for investors to make and no one should be expecting any bull this november. There is no way that we are going to have another bull market this year again. We should all just be ready to face whatever comes with the bear market because if you sell when the price of the coin falls then you would be making losses
