This happened long before the trust system was in place and perhaps its water under the bridge now... But I was reminded of this really concerning behavior years ago after he negative rated me for it on 2014-01-01.
Offered 200 BTC bounty to "uncover" (fabricate) evidence connecting me to child-porn after I asked some critical questions about where his high "115% PPS" mining "pool" was getting its funds from (E.g. were people who participated in it going to get implicated in money laundering). https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=62139.0He also withdrew the order after I inquired into the possibility of collecting it myself and had gone through the effort of producing some fake drug trafficking evidence.
Ultimately Goat claimed his 115% PPS mining operated by ripping off other miners via pool hopping. While this was never demonstrated, AFAIK, the fact that he thinks this admission isn't a reason to avoid doing business with him is itself a reason to avoid doing business with him... not to mention the risk of paying people to fabricate evidence as the result of a disagreement.
Rather than suggest to not trade with this person, I recommend not interacting with him in any way, shape, or form.
Edit: After this rating Goat responded by starting a new thread in general discussion offering 200 BTC ($150k at todays prices) for "proof of gmaxwell being involved in child porn".
