yes, life must go on whatever happens. as long as we are alive we will always be faced with problems. now we are facing a problem of market conditions that are being bad. when this condition we can do is remain positive thinking and survival. do not be easily affected by negative news because the news will make us panic and stress. or when the crypto market is bad we can try other businesses such as renting a house or land or we can open a small shop.

I think its better to keep going than keep regretting what you have done especially when you do investing and trading because you never change the fact that you make mistake sometimes and don't think about your loss, just keep going.
