What if cryptocurrency market is not also good in 2019?

In my opinion, whatever happens in crypto market in the coming year 2019, we should always have an available decision to be triggered in any situation. We should not just blindly hope and wait for our holdings to gain profit by doing nothing.

You are very pessimistic about the crypto-currency market, I completely disagree with you and believe that the crypto-currency market is only in its infancy and this is only the beginning, since less than 5% of the world's population is interested in crypto-currency. Further all will grow in a geometrical progression.

It's not possible there are many coins the market and crypto currencies are getting attention on lots of people around the world market will very soon start going up and the marketcap will be twice as it was before.

This year has been particularly bad for the crypto world with Bitcoin hardly trading above the 6000 resisting threshold and this is the longest bearish condition in the history of the market. This is the reason there are high hopes of a high upsurge of the market by next year. Next year promises to be a year of a bountiful harvest for the crypto world.

I am hoping for the best of the cryptocurrency market towards the end of the year and hopefully in the whole of 2019. I am expecting a great recovery if not a bull run and everything should be based on real market forces and not so much on speculations. However, we know that this is the market where anything can happen and things can be beyond our own control and influence. I am now thinking that if cryptocurrency will still be bad in 2019 I would reduce my involvement to as much as 75% and use my energy and time to something else...this is my way of diversifying and putting my security on my finances. This is just like saying hoping for the best but preparing for the worst..

If me, i still hold fiat for now, only a little amount of bitcoin. If market is not really good in next year i think i will start to open business in real life, because not want to take any risk in bad market again.

I agree with your point of view. I also hope that the crypto market will recover by the end of the year and we will start a gradual upward movement. But I'm also mentally preparing for the worst. I understand that if also 2019 is bearish, then expect that some of the crypto currency will disappear. And no one knows exactly what currencies will disappear. It worries me, but I try to stay calm

I think the inclusion of the ETF news makes crypto adoption to be tarrying. Once it becomes clear that bitcoin could be traded as a stock, then we will likely see a mass adoption.

So lets hope the ETF news is positive and really lift a lot of doubtful minds. If this happens earlier enough, am sure you will be convinced and rather keep your holdings.

In anyways I still think your practical makes sense!

No one can predict the future exactly but I believe that the crypto market is still very young, and has not shown anything yet; who talks about the bitcoin bubble and the crypto does not know what he's talking about.

Perhaps 10% of people have heard of Bitcoin and crypto in the last 2 years; perhaps 5% of people have invested something in bitcoin and crypto over the past 2 years; maybe 1-2% of people have invested more than $ 1000 in bitcoins and crypts over the last 2 years. We are only at the beginning!

All this does not exclude, however, in a safe recovery and a strong rise in 2019; I and my finances hope so but we do not have the mathematical certainty.

The past has gone through a time of crisis and now the market is still alive. So if the market is not good in 2019, it will still be over and we hope in 2020

I came to this industry at an unsuccessful time. So far, I have not been able to do anything substantial. I would like to find something similar and give some time for this. But whatever happens in 2019, I will not give up crypto.
If not 2019, but later crypto will gain strength and expanding in the world.

Most people are to impatient. It took three years from the ath in 2014 to the next ath in 2017. If you believe bitcoin and crypto will change the world, relax and enjoy the ride. To worry about the price from day to day is not constructive. 5 to 10 years from now is what matters, not the daily candles on the way there.

Regardless if the market is not good or bad, there will still be a select few that will moon while the rest do not, eg. vertcoin and grs at around october 2017 while the rest bleeds.. So do your research properly and be selective of what you are buying.

This is the same kind of thinking that I got, either I'm going to make a lot of money in this market or I'm going to lose everything that I invested in it, I'm not here to make some moderate profits I'm going to hold my coins no matter what and see what happens, I'm really sure that I took the right decisions now the only thing that I can do is to wait and see if I'm proven right.
