Hey , I thought up a concept for a new kind of paper wallet yesterday and created it today. I made this for DarkCoin ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.0 ) but the concept can be adapted to any cryptocurrency (DOGE, BTC, PEER, VERT, etc)

Here's a picture and the youtube video link is below. Let me know what you think! (Haters are welcome)

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014

That's neat, thanks for sharing.

I'm not sure how useful it is compared to normal paper wallets, but it is definitely a cool way to store your coins.

Most physical cryptocoin wallets that you can buy are purely novelty items anyways, so I won't fault you in those regards! Smiley

Thanks a lot! Yeah it's definitely a novelty item, if I had 1000 BTC and had to stick a backup paper wallet in the bank, this is the way I'd do it. I'll probably reduce it to 1 transparent sheet with the entire QR code and private key on it.
