Yes, I agree with you. These are the main 4 reasons that are now present in the crypto market. It is unfortunate that we can observe the whole picture, because it can greatly undermine the credibility of crypto. I'm new into ICO, and I think the first three was right. The number two and three were out of our control, might we need to more carefully about this. Speculation might hash been some part of our life, so it's a natural thing, IMHO. Overvaluation is depended on us, we can learn all about the project to get a rational valuation. I've been on my first ICO project now, they are ongoing KYC  process now until the next few days before their public sale starts. This ICO project called as Daex Blockchain, after spending a few time to collect information about this project, I hope wouldn't disappoint me.

If I look at my ICO investments this year, the first point (overevuation) was probably the nr 1 reason for my losses. “Companies” that consist of merely a handful of people without a proper office, businessplan, products are evaluated 10-50 millions by themself and that is just a joke. The real evaluation happens when these projects hit the exchanges, and everyone looses, expect the 5 people in the team.

main reason is the failing market, most project failed to deliver due to current decline of trend if they liquidated then its fine. Also the flock of fraud project just to money grab and abandon their investors is really rampant that's why the price of ETH decline sharpy since demand of ETH from ICO is now low.

I think you forgot something like ICO's are like some kind of a crypto related business nowadays. People behind those fancy projects makes a lot of money in just months without delivering the promises they have posted everywhere just to lure and get the attention of the people with their sweetest lies. For me what was happening is that people behind thiese projects knows the best strategy or method to make millions of dollars in a short period of time. ICO's are like products in China wherein they were mass produced and rates like quantity over quality.

here the answer is obvious. Firstly, this is the high volatility of the course. secondly low fee for token sale. in the third this is what projects delay payments. and fourthly these are scam projects

The ICO from 2017 to now has all the problems you listed. All ICOs are scams and just a while we will know everything. There are very few successful projects since 2017, after the ICO succeeds, everything falls and dies within 3-6 months

i agree with you and because of these reasons good projects are also suffering . people also dumping as soon as they see the profit. while a project need more investment to do its functions instead people start with-drawing their funds from the projects. so it gives totally negative impact to the ico market.
