There is difference between block, banned and account locked. Look to me you are permabanned. But only mod will able to tell why you are banned.
So you can go for rest and check later if some Mod update your ban reason.

Then you're perma banned. There is nothing you can do.

P.S: you can't create a new account to keep posting. Otherwise, you will be ban evading and your other accounts will be banned as well. Just leave the forum.
