Looks a very suspicious thing for him to write when everybody knows there was no hack and it was serial scammer Dean Nolan that stolen the funds and shut down the failing website buy blaming it on an imaginary hack to fool people.

Give someone trusted control of your affiliate payments.  Let them distribute the payments to investors transparently.
I bet you'd end up getting more sign ups if people weren't thinking all those affiliate fees were going right into your pocket.

It's a pretty poor argument when you've repeatedly warned investors that they will suffer reprisals (such as being the last to get paid back). I've been personally contacted by people you've scammed, but they've asked me to not say their names to not jeopardize any chances at reimbursement (as calling you out for them has pretty much 0 upside).  Frankly, I'm kind of amazed that this type of intimidation works -- I would've thought everyone realizes there's literally not a chance in hell you'll returned the scammed funds ... but I guess hope is a powerful force.

I'm not returning any scammed funds either. I'm refunding funds that were lost in a hack, which I don't have to do remember. As for the ICO funds, again, not scammed. But that's been documented to death, you just ignore it.

This gets 250 people money back, something I worked pretty hard to do.
Then I only have to deal with a few people, who I'm in contact with anyway and don't need to post on the forum to try and contact them.
Everyone will get a full refund eventually. But I can't exactly just magic money out of thin air. I don't have 8000 btc laying around like you do.

So if the hacker didn't take more than bankroll, why were normal users unable to withdraw funds? I can confidently state that on any of the sites I ran, absolutely no matter what would've happened -- it would've been impossible to lose more than the bankroll (aka all users balances would've always been safe).

Some people managed to get funds, just not everyone. You don't know the nature of the hack, you don't know what you are talking about and I don't need to explain it to you. The people who had funds on site know and they are being refunded, that's all that matters.

I also have been contacted by users who clearly stated they would suffer from reprisals if they openly said anything that was counter to what he wanted. He stole $400,000 of the bankroll funds then blamed it on a hack that never took place - so how can he be trusted in any way shape or form?

If he comes clean about everything he will open himself up to litigation and would no doubt signing his own arrest warrant and accepting he would go to jail therefore the serial scammer Dean Nolan will never come clean and own up to all the scams from the 2017 ICO all the way through to the end when he shut down the website after stealing the $400,000 bankroll
