Dean, have you ever put out an official statement on what happened? Why not have, say, RHavar post a bunch of questions for you to answer and you answer everything truthfully?

Yes.
I have also answered all his questions before, they are in these threads. I've also pmd him a few times. He doesn't care, he loves the drama and gets off on it.

But here's what you are not realising, there doesn't have to be a public official statement (even though I have posted anyway), it's literally no one's business.
I'm not trying to open a new site, I'm not asking for a new bankroll off people here. I'm not needing people here to trust me with anything and I'm not looking after anyone's funds.

I have a list of people that lost funds and a list of people who had tokens. I've contacted them all. I only post here just for the small amount who may not get the emails, and those add up to a very small amount of the $ value anyway.

Link to official statement? And are you open to answering all questions in an official capacity, will all replies open to scrutiny?

Why would I waste my time again? I've been doing it for 2 years straight and that's when I had something to defend since the site was open. There's no reason for me to now. As said, the people who it effects know the situation and know I'm refunding them out of my own pocket. There's no need for me to give more fuel or drama to cunts on this forum

You say it would be a waste of time but you "waste time" constantly fighting with people for 2 years who you say aren't informed of the situation. It would actually *save* you lots of time to do a Q&A and be done with it. Tell people to refer to that if they have questions. Be willing to answer follow ups truthfully that RHavar has.

If you don't want to answer questions and think it's none of anyone else's business then stop coming on here. Coming here contradicts everything you say when people have questions about what happened and you say it's none of our business.

You used to be a trusted member of this community. If that means anything to you then we deserve answers.

You also need to take *everything* said about you so personally. Answer questions with verifiable replies you're willing to provide proof for. Especially when you are many people doubting you, you *have* to stick to facts that have proof backing them up.

I come here to try and reach the small number of people I can't via email.

The only people doubting me are people who didn't lose anything.

And as said, I've defended myself in over 10 threads now where I've answered questions from jolly/rhavar, you even, lots of people. It's not my fault they all ignore it and try drown it out (check how jolly does that) or twist my words.

I was trusted member of the community but this forum is not the same community it was in 2016 anyway. Everyone has moved on from here

The only thing that matters is that serial scammer Dean Nolan stole the bankroll which resulted in the website closing, then he blamed it on an imaginary hack.

Dean, I am also having a hard time following this. If the hacker won the entire bankroll, why did you have problems paying out other players' balances which were NOT part of the bankroll and should have been held in excess of bankroll funds?

You are having a hard time following this because you are reading posts from jolly good, rhavar and other idiots who were not invested or players and had no loss. Yet go out of their way constantly to try and make sure that investors can never be refunded by damagaing my reputation.

The only thing that matters is the site closed and some funds were lost and I'm in the proccess of refunding them. Surely that's a good thing, but not according to the scum in here.

You say you come here to reach people you can't via email, but you also claim that no one who replies to these threads is an investor. Makes no sense.

There are people who just genuinely care about the community, regardless of whether they lost money or not. That is a good thing and many of these people are advocates who, frankly, are smarter than many of the people who get scammed. They ask good, relevant questions that deserve responses.

Lots of the same people are here that were in 2016. Regardless, I don't find that particularly relevant. You aren't obligated to be here.

I haven't been nearly as involved in the story since the ICO and I wasn't personally attached to the website anymore. I try to come here as a neutral voice willing to let you say your side of the story.

Yes.
I have also answered all his questions before, they are in these threads. I've also pmd him a few times. He doesn't care, he loves the drama and gets off on it.

rofl, I love how you keep going back and forth between that I know everything and know nothing.

---

The reality is pretty simple though, Dean blatantly scammed people. He blatantly ripped off his ICO investors, bankroll investors and his players. He even reached out privately to borrow money (at unbelievable good interest rates) just before scamming people, which to me indicates there was even a level of pre-mediation behind the whole thing.

So, really, the only part that is actually unclear is if he is still sitting on all the money or not. I know he was getting pretty big into day-trading and high(ish?) stake poker. So it's conceivable to me that ended up being real problem gambling, and he ended up trading/betting with money that wasn't his, and lost it.  But that's the charitable explanation for him scamming.

---

And the other truth is, if there was a reasonable explanation -- he's just post it instead of guarding it like some secret knowledge. It would in fact take 1/100th the amount of effort to just have a public explanation rather than spinning 100 different and conflicting stories.  The investors I spoke to believe strongly they were all scammed (although, I'm sure there's selection bias involved. ) but want to go through with Dean's little charade in the off-chance they get reimbursed.

But really, the only reason I'm posting here is I just don't want Dean to be able to whitewash his image and act like it was a mistake or simple business failure. In a just world, he'd face some pretty serious prison time for what he did.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

When I say you are a retard or clueless it's because you ignore the facts I tell you and then make up shit.

"He even reached out privately to borrow money"
Not true, we were having a casual chat and you said you were looking to start getting in to loaning business.
I then asked so that I could have funds to use for the business of BetKing to try more ads/promo to bring players so that I wouldn't need to stop the buybacks. How is that hard for you to understand? You can't be that stupid.
It's so simple. I ran out of funds and saw a way to inject new money into the site so that investors had a better chance of rio in full confidence (maybe wrongly) that I would be able to turn the site around and keep buying tokens AND PAY YOU BACK.
I had even suggested you just buy the tokens instead of loaning as I thought you would have a chance of even more return.
Don't try and turn that in to some dark deceiving tactic based on your own false oppinion when you are just plain wrong.

The only thing wrong with that is maybe I shouldn't have offered you great terms or suggested you buy tokens but I was extremely confident with the funds you offered that I would get BK on track and everything would be great again. Keep in mind that even despite all that is happened, I still reckon I could do that if I had that amount of money now. That's just how I am, you know I am always confident in what I am doing, hence why I still say I'll refund everyone while I'm sitting here with no money.

So, really, the only part that is actually unclear is if he is still sitting on all the money or not.

I think it's extremely clear that I don't have any. I think people know with my ego if I had that money I would again be launching BK and trying to make the most popular btc casino, again.

And the other truth is, if there was a reasonable explanation -- he's just post it instead of guarding it like some secret knowledge. It would in fact take 1/100th the amount of effort to just have a public explanation rather than spinning 100 different and conflicting stories.

There's not 100 different stories and you know that. Read through all my posts and your pm's, it's all the exact same consistent story. I can't post anything different because nothing different happened.
It wouldn't be any less effort because I have posted the same truth for 2 years now on here! For everyone to ignore and twist.

It would have been a lot easier to just scam everyone back in 2016, I would have had more money than the ico and hack funds combined. It was even a larger $ amount that I returned to investors.

It's not productive to waste time on this, as you're just making up stuff up as you go. So I'll just state that I disagree with this, and it doesn't resemble reality. I've never been in the loaning business, or interested it in. I only said I'd do it if it was > 100% collateralized, which you kept promising to do -- but at the last minute wouldn't provide the collateral or objecting to the robust escrow system and ask me to follow through with no protections.

And it's just the same right now. I think the loan business is shit and have no interest. But if someone wants to borrow >1M dollars from me, with 30% interest rates and promising >100% collateralization ... well i'm going to be interested. (But ofc no one legitimate would come to me with terms like that, as they'd find someone who is actually in the business lol)

Anyway, nothing wrong with trying and failing. And if you're going to scam, you might as well do it properly -- so hey, no hard feelings. Just trying to paint yourself as the victim isn't a great look.

You keep acting like the truth is "out there", but you consistently refuse to answer the most basic question. Like take yoloer808's question which was asked in good faith. Why don't you prove me wrong, and provide a genuine answer:

That seems like you were interested.

At that time I had some relative small debts to pay outside of BK and thought this would be perfect. Note that after this I had the exact setup with someone else.

Then you suggested you could lend $1 million

To which I thought perfect, we could use a big cash injection on the site and I had big ideas AND people could already buy BKB on the site (no one ever did).
So I suggested you just do that instead. Again, thinking it would benefit you even more in the long run since you get a share of the profit form the actual use of the funds.

Then you said you would want collateral. That's where I started saying I'd just prefer you bought BKB if it's going to be that large an amount. I didn't trust anyone to do escrow or hold funds etc like you suggesting dooglus, someone who I thought would jump at the chance to fuck me out of a million.

And again me confirming that I didn't ask for a million, it was after you suggested it that I thought about having that to use for BetKing since I was in talks with investors to try and sign Conor McGregor.

That's how big I was spending and trying to get the site going. You have to remember when I closed BK the first time I hated that PrimeDice was #1 on DiceSites all the time. It's never been about making as much money as possible, it's always about being #1

If you still read that and think I was trying to scam you then you are just an idiot and I'm going to ignore you from now on. I've proven otherwise.

Thanks for posting the screenshots, even with careful cropping of context they confirm exactly what I said. I'm not quite sure how any reading would seem otherwise.

Anyway, feel free to export the entire history, as it'll show you repeatedly (!!!) trying to screw me.

Anyway, how come you keep avoiding my really simple challenge:

There wasn't careful cropping at all. It was the only relevant parts. I have no need or desire to post the entire history as it has a lot of personal info of yours that I wouldn't post.

I must be retarded then because reading that I can't see how you could possibly even think I was trying to screw you in any way at all. I have learned a few valuable lessons though, that I can't trust anyone at all.
I thought I could trust you and then you started all your shit just because you couldn't admit you were wrong about the bustabit licence. That could have all been handled very easily between you me and Devans too but no, had to rush to the forum didn't you. Devans was in the wrong on that too fwiw

There is no challenge. You keep asking for details on the hack which is of no importance to you. You know how these things go, you have had many hacks on your sites and I've told you of a number over there years that I've had. I don't see what you are looking for, me to send you code or something?

This is nothing more than serial scammer Dean Nolan trying to scam RHavar - pure and simple

@RHavar

You had a very fortunate escape.

Thankfully you did not invest in betking and thankfully you did not believe anything this serial scammer Dean Nolan was spouting otherwise you would have been the single largest casualty/victim the whole betking scam.

EDIT: before anyone tries to call bullshit

What planet do you live on? How can you think that there is anything in that that suggests I'm trying to scam him? You idiots have lost your mind or have never been outside.

There is no challenge. You keep asking for details on the hack which is of no importance to you. You know how these things go, you have had many hacks on your sites and I've told you of a number over there years that I've had. I don't see what you are looking for, me to send you code or something?

AFAIK I've only had one exploit against my sites and I was extremely public and open with all the details. Including an exact breakdown (including code!) and its implications. You can see how a professional handles it Grin:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=709185.800

and it goes without saying, that at no time was even a satoshi of players money at risk.

Now your turn Wink

You keep acting like the truth is "out there", but you consistently refuse to answer the most basic question. Like take yoloer808's question which was asked in good faith. Why don't you prove me wrong, and provide a genuine answer:

Dean, I am also having a hard time following this. If the hacker won the entire bankroll, why did you have problems paying out other players' balances which were NOT part of the bankroll and should have been held in excess of bankroll funds?

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

Your sites have been hacked after you sold the code, yet I'm not accusing you of robbing the new owners.

It's not my turn, I've detailed hacks in the past. Why, because the site was still open and I kept investors and refunded them. Keep in mind I let investors withdraw > 6000 btc when I closed.

Anyway. I've got one question for you and jollygood.

If I manage to refund all the balances that were on BetKing when it closed from my own funds I make in my new business AND buy back the remaining token balances, will you still be calling me a scammer and leaving neative trust on my profile?

I probably wouldn't, unless I had reason to believe the only reason you scammed people in the first place was for some noble higher purpose (e.g. you had to use the money to pay for some multi-million dollar swiss cancer treatment for a family member, or something).

Don't get me wrong, paying everyone back would be an amazing development and I really hope you do. But it wouldn't change what you did, nor fix a huge amount of harm (e.g. after you reneged on your promised token buy-back, you made them virtually worthless and people sold them for cents on the dollar. Buying them back now wouldn't do much to help those people).

Just like if you burnt someone's house down -- it'd be great if you rebuilt it -- but even if you do, doesn't truly cover the extent of damages nor change the fact you're a terrible person for having burnt it down in the first place.

Now, that I answered -- how about you answer a pretty straight-forward and legitimate question (or at least provide us more entertainment with the lengths you go to in avoiding giving a straight answer to anything):

1) People didn't sell them for cents on the dollar, that is total lies. There wasn't anywhere else to sell them but to me on BK.

2) Since you said you would still label me a scammer even after doing that you have shown your motive and now I have absolutely zero reason to answer any of your questions or reply to you again.

So people who were scammed for Bitcoins are being paid back, a maximum of $200 USD?
Wtf is $200 USD??

1.  Mind telling us how much these worthless tokens were sold back for?  It could not have been much more than that.  There was no where else to sell them cause no exchange would want that garbage listed.
2.  Scammers gonna scam

I've detailed hacks in the past.

Where?  I've only see vague explanations, maybe I missed it.

These things should all be easy to find if there was a hack.  If they aren't you should make them:

When did it happen.
How did it happen.
How much.
What are the tx ids.
What did you do after the hack.
What and when did you make it public.
How much have you paid back, and how much do you still owe to how many people.

Be as detailed as possible with transaction ids and any other evidence.  The more vague you are, the more it looks like there was no hack.
