is it profitable to use an antminer s9 and have it to mine on some pool and have other currency payout? (i dont have an antminer)

I never heard if there is mining pool that you can mine altcoin using antminer s9. Why not, use your antminer s9 to mine bitcoin then exchange it to altcoin in any exchange sites.

If you are really want to mine altcoin you can build your own rig or buy ASIC miners for altcoin because it's impossible for now to mine altcoin with s9.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

true..it cant mine altcoins..but any SHA 256 will do...i think? mine on a profit pool, and choose that coin to be payed out

Well, I don't there are some pools but you can check what coins you can mine with SHA-256 algo here whattomine.com/asic

I think that he means if there is any pool that mines with sha asic but pays for instance in ether, i dont know if i am reading correctly. Never heard of such pool. Maybe there is one.
If the question is if you can mine some other coins that are not sha algo, then the answer is no.

As far, most altcoin are not supported by asic miner.If you want to mine profitable than GPUs, FPGA is a choice.
