It's too complicated to work.

Here's an easier flowchart to follow:

Your Money in Mt. GOXXX -> Gone
Your BTC in Mt. GOXXX -> Gone
Want new money -> Get some
Want new BTC -> Buy some

I know it seems overly simple, but I think it could work!

Someone wasted a lot of time creating a flowchart when they don't yet know any facts. Almost certainly one or more of the fundamental assumptions being made here will turn out to not be true, making the entire plan worthless.

The time to create such a plan is after some facts are actually know. That probably won't be that long coming now that US and JP governments are involved.

Until that time it's pointless adding everyone else's time on top of the time spent in creating this flowchart.
