What is Bitcoin X?
Bitcoin X is an asset running on Stellar platform that aims to accomplish the Satoshi's vision under a scalable way on the 10th anniversary of Bitcoin itself.
Why choose Stellar over Ethereum?
There are also numerous issues regarding scalability on Ethereum's blockchain. We choose Stellar because its growing acceptance around the crypto community in the development of smart contracts SSC. We also want to bring to the community of eBTC and the one who believe Satoshi's peer-to-peer cash system a true scalable payment method but with transparency and real development behind.
How many coins there will be?
We believe in the philosophy of Satoshi Nakamoto and the maths behind the 21 million number. We also think is a low supply and thus, can serve as monetary purposes because has a deflationary feature.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I wish you were not in a hurry to unlock the ANN topic, which was quite inadequate.

I understand and we will improve it. Since we are also a newbie, we cant add images, links of our website and to the whitepaper on the forum. We realize that when we had already posted it, so we hope we can upgrade our account and post the complete announcement here.

It was amazing, because eBTC was a successful project in the past, this community was very reliable, if the eBTC community had begun to join in the development of this project, I thought this project was undoubtedly successful

I hope you will immediately rise to rank, and update the information needed, such as web links and whitepapers, because there are so many questions that must be answered, such as, not choosing ethereum, is it because the price is very low right now?

it was not the first time i saw project created based on 'Global solution for scaling issues' but until now i do not see anything from them.
it's like they are Disappeared,
of course they were Disappeared after dumping the market or to be exact dumping it after it reached the exchange.
by the way, where is your Github ? do not you think it would be better for you to post it this way 'Pre-Ann' on your tittle instead of 'Ann' ?
because we do not see anything!

For now, bitcointalk does not allow me to post any links to our page but in our discord we've updated the link to our whitepaper and also to our blockchain explorer. We do not choose Ethereum because there is the eBTC project running currently on their Blockchain and we choose Stellar because numerous advantages Stellar offer us over Ethereum as we specify in our whitepaper, I hope bitcointalk allows me to post it here soon Smiley

Smart move going with Stellar. Eventually it's likely that Ethereum could do something similar, but right now it has the same scaling issues as all PoW networks. Using the Stellar consensus protocol you won't have any problems and can have great scalability right out the gate. It's also smart to differentiate yourself from the typical erc20 bitcoin clones.

I like the BitcoinX name but you might want to rethink that because it already is used on CMC by a bitcoin fork project:

Maybe something like Bitcoin SX (or BitcoinSX) might work, with the S for Stellar. Just a thought Wink

What's your distribution plans for the 21 million supply?

I would expect every serious project would have a contingency plan. Maybe they have some type of additional sale?

Why is the name of the coin "Bitcoin X"?
I think that "Stellar X" is better for this coin.
Did you want a name value? .
The true value of a coin is neither name nor its functionality.
By all means develop and please become a special coin.

Hello monsanto,

Token distribution is going to be throughout a token sale of 10M coins and 1M reserved as development purposes and the other 10M for bounty and airdrops campaigns. You can see all this info on our whitepaper but for now Bitcointalk does not allow us to post it, but we're updating the thread soon, please be in tune with us here or in our social media as Telegram, Twitter or Discord. Thank you for supporting us!

We've contacted CMC regarding this situation, we think both projects can get along together or we will come across with a solution. Thanks for letting us know about it.

The worst thing was done, even though I was just learning Bitcoin X hoping to join, but with things like this, I can only monitor it.
With one hope that Bitcoin X can make Stellar more valuable and booming.

who does not believe in the philosophy of Satoshi Nakamoto and his mathematics, because it has been proven up to now, even large companies have started using that method
