Search "bounty" and you will get a lot of threads. Then visit them and read the rules of signature, for example:

Rewards:
   •     Jr Member: 8 Stakes/Weeks
   •     Member: 15 Stakes/Weeks
   •     Full Member: 30 Stakes/Week
   •     Sr Member: 45 Stakes/Week
   •     Hero and Legendary: 60 Stakes/Week
   •     Wearing our Official Avatar: 10 Stakes/Weeks.

Rules:
   •     The Signature should be kept until the end of the ICO
   •     Only Posts that are useful and constructive will be eligible
   •     A post must have a minimum length of 75 characters to be counted
   •     Minimum 10 posts per week
   •     Negative trust  members are not allowed to join this campaign.
   •     Weekly posts will be counted until Sunday 23:59 forum time.
   •     Don't make 10 posts in single day.

If you want to join this campaign, then sign up by filling form. Just follow their rules and claim your stakes.

Almost signature bounty campaigns require minimum Jr. rank. If they are a professional bounty manager, they always ask you post/reply in main boards, (which in off-topic are not counted). Sometimes, they ask for the minimum characters and contructive post/reply, trash/nonsense will not counted.
Maybe there are more rules, you have to read carefuly before joining a campaign.

Hi there. I think "LuuLyBitcoin" answered your question. All things will be new if you dont try it. You can handle it yourself after 1 week,  I think. So, let do a bounty campaign which will end soon, you can learn more from this.

You can apply from Signature campaign to Social media campaign or any other bounty campaign that allow JR. Member rank.
But the more rank you have - the more money you will have with signature campaign. And to rank up, you will need to post high-quality post to forum.
