* Need to solve Orphans and Sync stucks 

E.g. include coins that gamer send into bounty xPrice_multiplier ( if win ) or 0.1 ( if lose )
If block with gamer's transaction will be orphan, transaction with his coins will be invalid too.
Nextly, first valid block with gamer's transaction will open way for casino's transaction.

Here need a bitcoind-digger-expert.

* Math calc for bids to keep cold wallet on the casino side
