Mtgox filing for Bankruptcy protection when guilty of Fraud

So if one steals money by fraud they can just file for Bankruptcy and then they are off scott free

Why can't we have all the official Mtgox addresses? cause the coin is still in there  Huh

I'll have you all know they first tried to say it got stolen through a malleability attack

then they turned around and said they never had it, now what are they saying ? Bankrupt

The coin is still in the Addresses  Huh Blockchain is the evidence !!!

If they used people deposits for company expenses they commited fraud anyway. Will be interesteted if they have USD to pay all user USD ballances, but I doubt when you had to wait so long for withdrawal
