A good bounty depends on the success of the project. Because, you get your bounty tokens, only if the ICO of the project is successful. So the criteria are the same with finding a good ICO.

First when i want to join some bounty i always check their website to know who is them
Who is their team
What is their project
How much the softcap and hard cap, their partnership roadmap advisor etc
I don't want to lose my time for doing random bounty

Good bounty campaign is not easy to find but you can only it with the attribute that associated with it such as road map, white paper, percentage to be distributed  and the volume to be distributed and most time the ICO price also determine good bounty.

Me the way i join good bounty is by following the offical telegram channel. I joined @goblinteam for current bounty, bountyguru and wapinter bounties. Thats the best bounty managers i know.
