I want the Bitcoin Core client qt and the server bitcoind running on separate drives on the same machine. Is It just a matter of install the client twice on each drive? Currently I have one qt running on secondary drive but it wants to dl bitcoind's blockchain to the primary. Space isn't an issue just want both to work as I play around with manual setup of BTCpay. Appreciate the help.
Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

It doesn't matter where the software is installed to. What matters is the data directory it is configured to use. There is no need to install the software twice, you can run multiple instances of the same binary. Just start each one with -datadir=<path> where <path> is the path to the folder you want that instance to store its data.

I get a HTTP server error when I try and run multiple instances even off different directories. Can't run two instances currently.

Idiotically had config file still running qt as server. Currently am able to to run, bitcoind and qt after defaulting the qt config file. bitcoind from secondary drive seems to default still to the primary drive and qt was installed in secondary and operates there. I'll see if I can get BTCpay deployment moving now.

Lock this up please.

You can lock this thread yourself using the "lock" button (Lower-left hand of the screen). You can also unlock this using the same button if you need to.

So that’s Bitcoin mining in a nutshell. It’s called mining because of the fact that this process helps “mine” new Bitcoins from the system.

When you see completely random posts like that, do a quick search engine check.  If the text has been plagiarised from somewhere, report the post.  That paragraph was stolen from here, so I've already reported it.

I'll see if I can get BTCpay deployment moving now.

It's good to see people taking an interest in being self-sufficient, rather than relying on established payment processors.  Kudos.
