It's kinda weird why a US attorney is advertising a gambling site in their signature.

There is no chance you are a legitimate attorney posting your services on this forum.
0 chance.

If you can prove me otherwise I would be happy to redact my claim.  I don't claim to have full knowledge of American legal precedent, but my limited knowledge would suggest that the risks of offering (even a pseudonymous) attorney services far outweighs any possible benefits.

I would be happy if you could provide even a sliver of evidence to suggest otherwise.

I didn't offer anonymous service, or even pseudo-anonymous service. I would not be anonymous. Any client will be able to confirm my legitimacy in the jurisdictions where I am admitted to practice law.

Depending on the extent of the services needed for legal representation, clients and I will enter into a written representation agreement that covers fees, costs, scope of service, et cetera. For other services, a standard business agreement.

From what I've been able to glean, the only state you're allowed to practice law in is New York.

New SNL Online Faculty Teaching in Spring

By Snlonline

Stephen Reid earned his BA in Political Science from DePaul University’s SNL, a J.D. from the University at Buffalo with a concentration in Civil Litigation, and an LL.M in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Steve will be teaching LL155 Critical Thinking in the spring.

Reads to me like whoever took his course is now espousing his Critical Thinking practices.  Shocked

Critical Thinking dictates that I should quote the OP in case it gets deleted. (I've never set foot at DePaul, but rumor has it that I reside in the same state it's located)
