Bit Coin Lottery?

I am interested in starting a Lottery:

Here is how it would work.

You can enter as many times as you would like, the more you enter the better your chances become at winning.  An entry fee will get you a number say(1-1000)

The winner (or closest to) would receive all the pot back minus 1% for myself. 

If there is interest in this, I would be willing to create a website if needed to look more professional, however it wouldn't really be needed and could be a forum game.

I am thinking of an entry fee around .1-.05BTC per entry, with a max entry amount of 1000 entries.

All entries will be assessed the standard fee for transferring BTC however I will handle the transfer fee to the winner?

Just shooting ideas, would anyone be interested in this?

would you be able to provide fairness proof, how long would it last would it be a website, or just forum posts?

I would be willing to do anything if we had enough interest.

I think twice a week at tops.  I would even be willing to stream it 100% live (the drawing of the number, real balls, real time)  Or I can definitely create an algorithm that would be willing to show fairness, however I think live TV would make it a lot more fun for lottery sake.

although you should consider donating all proceeds to a charity, it would be a nice thing to do

Nothing would be needed to be funded as 99% of the gambling will go to the winner of the drawing

I would be interested in donating to charity as well.

I would like to see more interest and maybe shoot for a start up time in late March if we gather enough.

What do you guys think about .05 to .1?  The xfer fees would have to be paid by the entries so it would be .0501 etc....

I am open to both, saying we get 1000 entries at .1 the winner would receive 100BTC!

I am thinking of making just a forum game with entries and thinking about setting a date for our first drawing.

Please give me your feedback, Would you be willing to risk .1 -.05 BTC for a chance at 50BTC-100BTC?
