Have there been any tokens where the trading price on exchanges at the very start fell considerably below the ICO price and has not recovered?
Yes, it's accordion week ago, just some Bob decided that he would be worth $ 10, it's just a personal opinion of some other person, supposedly an economist. Don't pay attention to this nonsense.

Soon, when bitcoin will become a world currency, along with the dollar and the Euro, what do you think, through what will I send transfers to my friends, relatives, and loved ones?

doesn't that happen in almost all ICOs? and for now [it will be a natural thing because BTC is not stable. If you are an investor then all you have to do is save up to a good BTC price

Weak hands. Many early contributors were lured into putting money into an ICO by social media ads without a proper understanding of the world they were entering. An 80% loss of anything to someone who hasn’t seen it before is justifiably terrifying. There will always be people who are quick to sell everything to recuperate some of their perceived losses, not realizing that no loss actually occurs until they cash out, and they are creating their own self-fulfilling prophecy by selling at a lower price than what they paid for it.

The price of coins after ICO significantly dumps when they enter to the exchange. I'm a bounty hunter for a year. I  participated in many projects. And not a single coin costed the exchange at the price of ICO. This is like a law, regardless of the price of BTC and ETH. I'm amazed at the optimism and faith in the profits of those who is investing in the projects. This'r brave people.

"that no loss actually occurs until they cash out" is the biggest misconception that prevents people trading. Most of cryptoinvestors  who think so can't sell their coins even after x2 and more growth from bottom because they wait the price of their purchase. They can't go forward and get stuck in their shitcoins.

There are so many tokens that fell significantly after ICO. In my opinion the team behind that ICO failed to do what is on their roadmap. And i think the token that they introducebis weak and it does not have real uses. So there are only limited people who want to buy it.

Now almost all the tokens have depreciated and do not show their real prices. Therefore, it is not necessary to hurry with the decision to sell until the market returns to a positive trend.
