Current market condition badly affects to ICOs as well. After listing in exchanges, most of the ICOs price drop below to ICO price. After recovering the market, I hope it will change.

This is because the market is not good.It is normal in a falling market, but with growing market all depends on the prospects of the project. It seems to me that this is the reason for it,so many bounty hunter dumping and selling even in cheapest price right after the distribution.I do not know what everyone thinks.

This is normal because every project needs a community to keep their token values. If there are no buyers after the transaction, they will definitely drop. Decline token prices may also be due to profit taking when the token is higher than the ICO.

I see most ICO prices go down ridiculously after listing and I started thinking about it doing a little research plus asking of questions and I have come to understand that after listing, the coin on token has to assimilate to the market, find its place in the market then it starts to stabilise, sometimes it stabilises slowly and sometimes fast. Most time, the price go down when the above is taking. I mostly expect coins or tokens to lose value when it gets listed because it will find it place during that and then stabilize.

Have there been any tokens where the trading price on exchanges at the very start fell considerably below the ICO price and has not recovered?

The prices down because supply higher than demand. When ICO launching in exchanger many people try to sell and usually bounty hunter selling token with any prices without analyze before.

there is many coins that the price after listed in the exchange and the price is down
example SONM the ico price around 5k satoshi or more but now at 1.7k satoshi

Maybe the best decision is to buy after ICO!

If everyone buys after ICO, where will investors come from?
ICO will be successful because of the investors.
Calm down even though trading on the stock at the very beginning fell below the price of ICO, after which will definitely recover.
Like Monaco, etc. So have to be patient of course

I think it's safer to wait for the coin to enter the market and reach a stable price before starting to invest in the coin

Now it's most profitable to buy coins on crypto exchanges than on ICO. But after some time the price token will grow and you will get your profit.

The possible thing that the price of token falls on market after its ico phase is because the bounty hunters thats been dumping their token. Because of the massive dumping caused by bounty hunters the market and developer cant keep up and most pf this ico fail.

this seems to be quite normal these days.  on of the worst one i've participated is BEE token but thankfully the contribution was capped to 0.2eth per person.  The has has never went above ICO price ever since it got listed.  part of the reason is that it got listed in some shitty exchanged.  it's now only 30% of ico price.  other than that, all my icos like WPR, SENC, TNS, REN have generated profit.  I have sold some and holding some.
Yeah if it's listed on the shitty exchanges then most likely the price will not pump as those exchanges has less volume compared to binance and other known exchanges. I think the problem is the high fees to get listed on good exchanges as the developer can't afford to pay due to not hitting the hardcap. I will prefer to invest in the exchanges than during ICO with this situation.

Most like that I notice, but I think it is the best moment to buy the coins, because we buy below the price of ico, moreover we already know about the development of the projeck

I guess that's a natural thing, because so many people will sell their tokens to get bonuses from their investments. In fact I will do that if I invest. But, within a few months, the price will definitely rise again, or even higher.

Token price do fall after ICO because dumpers and bounty hunters sell price when it hit exchange. Best be buying small market cap tokens they have the best potentials.

I realize also thats the problem. Impatient of people is different so who will be patient and they will be the winner.
When the coin hits exchanges, the valuation from hype has been solidified in ICO price, but the fundamentals stay the same (no new product, or revenue stream announcements etc)

Looks like it's a reasonable thing the price drops at the beginning .. Because many sellers than buyers, and after that the price will go back up.

There is a lot . one of the dumpers is the people who bought in ICO and get a huge amount of bonus also including airdrop hunters if ICO launched airdrop campaign and bounty hunters .

There are many prices below ico that have not recovered. Most of them are scams. The project team just issued a white paper and got millions of dollars or even tens of millions of dollars. They don't care about market prices. They don't care about the interests of investors.

Token price can fall after ICO dramatically and is is a normal situation. Several factors which investors took their profits when tokens hits on exchange and most of them are those who bought on pre-sale, and the bounty participants start to sail tokens they got at the same time.
