BTC-E and the wire transfer

Hello ..

I have been about 2 months (since 5th of Jan) and I am trying to get reply or answer from BTC-E about my wire transfer without any luck !
My latest trouble ticket is #TJM-179-50420 and already a lot of trouble tickets opened before without reply from BTC-E about the payment and they did not credit it in my account, although the BTC-E bank received the payment and they requested from me declaration "why I did this wire transfer, and I replied that I did this wire transfer because I have account with BTC-E and I need this money to be credited in this account" and the bank accepted. But BTC-E is not replying and not taking any action on the payment and I do not see it in my account.

What is the story of BTC-E?!
