- In other words, it's not good enough to be considered for having a dedicated local board.

Oh, thanks for reply, You are right, we should be more active. Can You estimate an average postal numbers to have local board? Czech native speakers are about 10 millions, cryptos impact seems quite low

If I had to guess, I'd say at least a few thousand posts (not spam) per month (the amount of unique posters are important as well):

Based on the "last created local board, through a request", it appears the activity is still not that high in order for it to be considered.
