The Crypto space has been shocked by what happened to Bitconnect, the first lending platform associated with cryptocurrency and since then, lending type platform enticed only a few investors or adopters, most crypto enthusiasts go away from that kind of project. I think this one will not succeed.

If borrowers miss the repayment due date, their collateral will be terminated and it will used to handle the pay back the loan.

Bitconnect was not a lending platform, that was a SCAM, Ponzi schema project only from day one. Unfair to judge us just because of the bitconnect story. Most of all serious lending platform ICO project is fully funded in the last year.
